Don't forget, they're stepping up R&D for other purposes, and they'll need funding to further commercialise Felix throughout other markets.
The wording of what you quoted doesn't necessarily mean they don't have funding til end of March. TBH I'm not sure how you're drawing that assumption from what you quoted.
