When money in the bank comes easy and those businesses having some proof they can afford it, business owners will usually let go of the interest rate and just get the loan for whatever reason anyway. What is to say the business owner can’t utilise it for a personal loan but using their business? Basically putting their business positive cash flow up for collateral.
