They were not in financial trouble but they were not able to scale because of lack of funds...if we didn’t purchase them someone else would have done, if they had all the funds for such a good business they they don’t need a partner they could have gone solo. It takes two to tango mate
Just think where zip would be without quadpay, look at the cost synergy in handling such big volumes. Look at Afterpay how much they have paid for their US acquisition.
