If you start or kick of comments on an IPO thread.. then at least add value, page-9

I've been investing in IPO's for over 20 years.
You need the skillset to analyse the term sheet/prospectus, sector strength and market sentiment etc.
You also need a good network of brokers and capital advisors for deal flow. This all takes time.
However, in a bull market everyone is a genius.
