Without the AGL takeover, I think TLS as a high charge provider will suffer a little as it has been with its SP plummeting. There would have been synergies in a TLS-AGL tie up but without them, it is hard to see TLS having a catalyst to go too much albeit it’s SP is getting really low.

As a high charge provider, its churn rate is getting more significant, complaints are getting higher, services like Kayo will lose subscriptions when the freebie deals come off, $15 AUD per month is really exorbitant IMHO, about three times what you would pay on the East Coast of the U.S. for a similar type product.

Cannot see too many earnings rises, if TLS keeps Its present exorbitant high prices across telephony, broadband, subscription services and other.

TLS needs a better pricing strategy otherwise I fear TLS’ jump from these lowball SPs might have some difficulty in happening.

Seems to be headed downwards unless management do something instead of this terribly poor indecision.
