Hi one,

Good post, after doing some research into this situation i to feel as though this is one of those "opportunities" that the market sometimes throws up. Not often.

there is too much to be lost here if NKP fail to complete the deal.

The downside here is basically zero - it would appear. however the upside looks quite good.

I'm sure NKP would want to get this done sooner rather than later. And they mentioned in their qtrly report that they are in advanced discussions.

I'll be looking to take a position soon myself.
