IN ICG report 10/2/21 RB stated that the remaining drill permits were lodged on 5/02/21. Given the mixup within MINEM and instead of the 5 business days, the Certificate to Commence work application was put in the 30 business day file. March 19 is 30 business days from date of lodgement. RB also wrote that their Peru people were working on MINEM to hasten the timeframe given it was responsible for the mixup.
We can be hopeful that the application is approved before March 19, however, I won't be holding my breath. Patience is required in these trying times.
