OK Zbusc, let LOOK from the Spirit of Truth as to how you link guys argument fails, you can please yourself, but let the Spirit speak.
Begotten, we are also to be begotten, meaning, we once were not of God.
His Key argument here is, the firstborn is Not Chronological.
I'll give a brief off the cuff and show support which the Bible forces or dictates to us.
In the mind and plans of God, before the world existed with him, there was a plan for a Jesus to be, re literal beginning began at Mary. This Jesus to be was the first of God's plans, meaning, the beginning of the creation of God Rev 3:14. No matter who you are, Your creations begin in you, In this plan also, known as Glory John 17:5, Jesus in the mind of God, was pre-slain Rev 13:8. In the exact same context, within God, the Jesus to be was the firstborn of creation = Chronological.
He is the firstborn from the dead = Chronological.
Are you seeing, his opening argument failing, well,....it gets better.
Col 1:15 - 18 - Who is the image of the invisible God (as was the 1st Adam) the firstborn of creation: Mind and plans of God For in him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whetherthey be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created through him, and for him: And he is before all things, and through him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; so that might be in all thingshe holding preeminence. For it pleasedthe Fatherthat in him should all fulness dwell; And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, through him to reconcile all things unto himself; through him, whetherthings in earth, or things in heaven.
Isa 44:24 - Thus saith Yahweh, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I Yawheh that maketh all that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
Ours and us, the best we can say here and ALL the Bible allows us to say is, one or several of the Host Psa 33:6, were observers, when God alone and by himself, words and his Spirit, did the actual creating.
Jesus had not yet been concieved.
For in him..........are you seeing the stage being set here "in" him, meaning, he is the Key driver, purpose for creating and it will center around him. Like you would do, when planning to have kids. Things were not literally created in him.
Why did God create -> all things were created through, by reason of, on account of, because of, for the sake of him, and for him:
And he is before all things,first thought in God's plans, precedence and through on account of, by reason of, because of, for the sake of him all things consist.
For it pleasedthe Fatherthat in him should all fulness dwell; Father being, the Almighty God and Father who is Spirit/Word/Light, in Jesus without measure John 14:10.
And, having made peace through, by reason of, on account of, because of the blood of his cross, through, by reason of, on account of, because of him to reconcile all things unto himself; through, by reason of, on account of, because of him, whetherthings in earth, or things in heaven.
to reconcile all things unto himself; so, if wasn't for his efforts, of the cross etc, then none of this, would he be holding precedence etc etc and holding together by him. If he had a hands on role, created all things etc, where did he lose this, prior????????????
The empty verse, has zero to do with pre-existing emptying, zero.
In beginning was the Word,....................the plan for a Jesus, the creation plan and the word of life, the Word, which came in the Temple John 14:10. And the Word flesh became,..............small part of the word, plan, resulted in the Flesh of Jesus, which was filled with the rest of the Word. John 12:49, it was Spirit and words of eternal life John 6:63, 68.
