After some digging, I found that in the past, SS had Azuma resources which was sold at 136% premium to share holders with 1B shares on issue. While the price of gold was at $1200
SS didn't hold many stock shares in Azuma so he didn't gain as much as share holders.
But with CDT, SS has a major stake. And many shareholders from Azuma followed him here to CDT.
Graphite needs a year of stable price to reflect on mine value.
Pushing a gold mine sale at current gold prices is the way to go.
