I have had an opportunity to have a good look at the fins but pretty sure the acquisition of the company/licence would have been capitalised on the Balance Sheet, not expensed in the P&L. Cash goes down, asset is added with no impact to revenue. I'm no accountant so happy to be proven wrong...
