    Not doubting you here - your insights are spot on, but if indeed this is a personal property that he has decided to rent to the company, you have to say so, if it is an investment property he has let the company at a competitive rate, I mean the Board can not be asleep on this, you still must declare it .

    For other reason I will have to sort out, I am surprised at this, still just poor optics.
