It looks like DTZ was announcing that it was running when in fact it had only just started walking. That is what the ASX was concerned about I suspect. The inherent risks were not being called out regarding the development stages and they had already jumped to reaping rewards and that was what they were telling shareholders. Just got ahead of itself somewhat.
