$4 per pound copper party coming fast, page-51

l have several questions regarding the mediation process and would appreciate an answer from anyone that has an understanding of what actually happens through the mediation process .
1 - If results are ready or nearing completion from the analysis process prior the commencement of mediation can one or either party request them to be withheld from been released to the shareholders,
2 - can either party halt the assays progressing in the queue at the lab level while mediation is in negotiations,
3 -can either party request to see the results whilst in mediation before released to the shareholders if they can argue that there pertinent to their case/ dispute.
My understanding (I stand to be corrected)is that mediation has finished and a date hasn't be set to go to court ,which is a positive if true.

I'm not as fortunate as those who are able to speak to the "chiefs" because I've had no response when trying to speak to them to pose these and a couple of other questions.
