Well the message we are getting from the company Sirdean is surely that it is business as usual.

There is no confirmation nor denial that the "incident" actually took place. That stance is understandable.

The media report that CK has included in that earlier post does sound dramatic as sometimes these sorts of reports can be.
The fact that work is proceeding and that a meeting is taking place probably puts it all into perspective.

I am sure that if there is any substance to this "group of anti mining protestors" then they will be worked on as part of the "socialisation programme" and put in their place.

It would appear that the majortiy of the locals are happy to be involved in the project. Perhaps this group, if they exist, are interlopers from outside the immediate area and will be dealt with accordingly.... I mean educated accordingly.

It obviously has not affected JK in any way and he hasn't run away and expects the project to proceed.
