$2.90 is the capital raise price and was bought into by instos to the tune of $115m and was oversubscribed.
I think the least generous thing you could say about the price right now is that it represents "fair" market value, given the volume traded at/around that price point (including the CR), and a bunch of instos are banking on it increasing significantly in the future.
