I find that most of people here are really not reading charts ... yes it's right that u buy the shares at a lower price but your opportunity cost is also relatively high. it will take months and months for this stock go back to $9. Why wouldn't you buy it when it's going to rise instead of to sink?? Apx can be your good study case. when it falls from $40 to $30 , people buy more ; when it falls from $30 to $25, people continue to buy more; then it keeps falling from $25 to $20 to $16...
In my opinion, just leave it alone until u see the trend that it's going to rise. then u can decide to buy more.
