See this is a nice well balanced post, you're correct how they utilize the $18m is the key, unfortunately no one knows what they will do for a fact.
Either a couple of smart acquisitions on creating a US sales teams and the company could really grow. A couple of nothing acquisitions and I will be selling. I'm trusting in the management at this point in time.
I won't be adding more until the merger details come out.
