Generally, under this Policy and Australian law, you are prohibited from dealing in any Securities if
you are in possession of any non-public, price sensitive information (‘inside information’). In
addition to this general rule, under this Policy you will have rules imposed by the Company which
apply to your dealings in ASX Securities and non-ASX Securities.
