Well that is dependent on the buy price;
- 1yr return 100%
- 1c dividend (3.8% yield on current price)
Through this lens its a market darling!
It's been a long hard slog for CCV, however with CA behind them, cash in bank, a growing loan book (hopefully gaining momentum) and a huge cash pile, the future earnings really are in their own hands here. Definitely more potential of upside than downside here and with the clear intent to pay a stable dividend the company should begin to be pegged by the yield. Based a theoretical 1.5c end FY dividend at a 5% yield a short term SP of 50c is not out of the question in the medium term (6mnths).
