Can I ask a legitimate question please. How are Tier One prospects validated? Is there an institution or organisation that assesses each set of parameters and authorises the Tier One status. Or are these status's somewhat rubbery, ambiguous and open to self appointing.
If such an institution exists, can anyone point me to the Tier One validated list in the Permian and TMS regions.
I would appreciate comments please.
