spanners what regulations?????? ISDA?????? check them outy.... talking big achieving very little by way of regulation as it's run by the money makers...... fox in charge of the chookhouse and all that.....I can't think of any regulations that frightened any of the investment styled banks or brokers out of creating illusory derivative products as a tax rort and smokescreen to fool lame customers in buying cdo's and the 100's of other derivative products on offer 'over the counter' out there....... look at a few of your local councils and look carefully at their balance sheets and perhaps 'off balance sheet'..... you'll find it all in the courts here soon..... all these products sold by mobs who "believed it would allow them to achieve profits that would in term inflate their bonuses."........
