Only news that I am aware that is due soon is:
"A post-transaction adjustment process is scheduled to occur in the next 10 days to reflect certain
stock related cost adjustments, which are typical of transactions of this nature"
I would have envisaged that this would be positive news, so not sure why it is being sold down.
