I am extremely surprised as they've got $2.563M in the bank, which is more than they've had for most of their existence.

Plus there's the well-in-the-money options to get exercised.

Current cash would've lasted till August, and with options money until early next year.

I'm not against a CR as having cash is always better than no cash and as others have said, they're an explorer and need cash, but just surprised that they've done it with so much money in the bank already and with options money to come.

And with so much activity/news to give it a kick in the short term.

I'd say mates' raise but Directors own more shares than anyone and wouldn't dilute themselves unnecessarily.

Anyway, let's wait and see the details of how much and to who and if there's any other info re; what they're using the cash for (if anything apart from what's already released/planned (ie. drilling)).

Either way, we'll have more/lot more cash in the bank account in two days.

But didn't expect a raise now/any time soon (if I haven't mentioned that already in this post).
