Well another box ticked and yes agree the appointment of MB is a strong endorsement of the quality of the asset. They don't get involved in speculative projects and have a proven track record of value accreditive deals at the top end of town, typically exceeding market expectations. This to me suggests strong support for our Li along with the announcement advising "....a wide range of parties, including international and domestic mining companies, cathode and battery manufactures and trading houses" That covers a lot of potential investors, meaning to should be a very competitive process, oh to know who they all are... I'm interested to know who the domestic mining company is, I wonder who might be looking to get their teeth into Li?? . $US200m to a mid/large mining house is a relatively modest investment for say a 50% interest in circa $US250m pa EBITA. Just look at what WES paid for their 50%!

What I also feel pleased about is that the wording from both AC and the announcements suggest this is going into production and we will be part of it. I'm not getting the impression an asset sale is on the cards (not ruling it out) but it appears the most likely scenarios are a JV (partnering), or we go it alone with some big offtakes or offers of commercially viable finance, I want to part of this new company and the future of Li rather than getting a "special dividend". Perhaps this might be the start of affordable commercial finance for Li development companies, unlike the ridiculously high interest rate loans of the past. I mean if the forecasts for 1MT LCE by 2025 and then 2MT by 2030, there is going to have to be a step change in how these quality projects are financed. Either way I am confident this new Li company will enter the market with the right partnering and strategy at the very best time in the next cycle. I'm anticipating we could see first production Q1 2023 if everything goes right, just think about the value of that company producing 436ktpa of spodumene @ prices that will be around DFS prices? I'm sure it will be higher than the near zero value of todays MC.

Thanks again AC, you are doing an exceptional job on your execution, we just need the market to catch on, eventually it will, eventually.

Best wishes to all fellow holders.
