ost or bsl

Any view on which one is a better buy OST or BSL? Both have have been hit with a cash raising. Both have poor steel sales and it won't recover to highs for a very long time. Even with the nation building there is a very large surplus of steel.

Looks ok for the long term but might take many years to reach old highs or towards end of next decade. If this is the case which would you rather hold for growth and dividends??????????
