Yesterday traders were buying... today investors are buying.
give it a few weeks and this will climb.
company profit was very decent as most of it was due to reducing ongoing costs and increasing margin. If the contracts are mostly in place then this trend will continue to full year results.
also read between the lines... "the board and management remain buoyed in the short term by recent increases in levels of tender activity"
expect a few positive announcements in short term.
