I believe the market is questioning about the promise of $120m to $150m annual revenue based on the latest accounts. Assuming no more acquisition, I expect the revenue to be around $100m p.a. if they retent all their clients. The picture will be clearer this time next year. Consolidation is a complex things and it is not a straight addition of revenue and expenses (it would be after 12 months of ownership) of each company they bought recently. If you believe the story and take a longer term view, you might be rewarded handsomely if they met their target revenue of $150m in 18 month's time.
