just watching this two sell orders, they are constantly here together and keep moving upper and upper. not sure what those guys are up to (potentially very cautious but opportunistic shorters), but they tend to accurately guess/predict next upper resistance level. the most recently a couple of days ago they were sitting at $1.685 before it was about to be smashed..
