TSO is in control as the major shareholder of the JV and I'd be concerned if they weren't.
We accelerated to 70% ahead of schedule in March last year and Bahamondes, the JV partner, was awarded
5 Million shares in TSO. Much more valuable than a continually diluting share in a venture of which TSO is an owner.
Who is to say he's not in agreeance with the revised terms. And I don't think there has ever been a suggestion that Bahamedes would have anything to do with financing the actual mining operations.
