    They have wasted over 3 million dollars on mxr, so the first 3 million of this raising is just going to cover that.
    "I just guess if I was the chairman or CEO of FMS, what should I do now? well for a start, stop pumping money into a worthless company then coming back to the market for more

    The 1.7 to 3 billion tonnes is just another guess.
