That's fine, I won't blame you for any missing announcements on Etrade in future, LOL. It's rare enough for me to accept as an imperfect world. I do however have a glance elsewhere just in case sometimes when a sp soars on no apparent news, esp when QRs are due.
Ormat, don't worry about that, there will be a symbiot relationship. I've looked into Ormat quite a bit. They are the dominant supplier of Organic Rankine Cycle equipment to the geothermal industry. They are also owners and developers of geothermal assets, but in a global context they are a very small player in the later.
