The reason there is always selling done on announcements is because those big selllers need volume to sell their shares and what better time to do it when its active on the market with people will to buy in at high prices, only makes sense. Part of the game on ASX .. has been since forever
The selling doesn't reflect the ann at all, its a great acquisition for the company
