Who said you can't post your thoughts. Friction is good for consensus. Just don't be grumpy when asked to back something up.
As for the second two statements. One is factually incorrect and the other is worth about the same as my own speculation I have relating to the sell today being a preempted technical strategy and only very loosely related to company performance. Both ideas cannot be confirmed and likely never will.
