so with a completion date of 1 mar 2021 can we assume an announcement on the ASX/Media of some sort regarding this actually being made by either/both BRN & Vorago ???
It should be announced on ASX as this is very important , leads to REVENUE and surely must be price sensitive!
A media announcement by both companies is a must or they are have not carried out requirements for both share holder groups [BRN & Vorago].
Lets wait and see.Hope prevails ,but only just at this point in time!
