1 would assume that's the reason for the quick placement.. Looks to me as though they might be just grabbing the minimum to suit until landing the deal. We all know how slow these telcos and big companies move.. Maybe it's now an end of this quarter thing?
I suspect Nor were expecting it by now, cutting the $ fine like usual.. then must've got a further brief delay. I doubt the big players would buy in if it wasn't happening.. but there's obviously been a sudden grab for it at sub 2! Think we might see things push up very soon, surely this month!
