More interesting is the proposed funding of the U-explorer bit. Finally some action on that front. But once again, PRIVATE placement means more newbies will access the U further diluting us. Guesss the U is a carrot for the funding but looks like a floor is being put under the price .... cos u really wont want to dump them whilst the u is in it haha. Clever.
