Again I disagree. Most directors of poorly run companies simply issue themselves copious amounts of incentive options etc which is way worse than participating in a capital raise. I would rather a vote of confidence through purchase than a non purchase in any event as it is a good indication from those on an inside run that the price is good value.

There is always the option if you dont like it and want to vote with your feet you could sell your shares too. Nno point being in a company directed by people who dont pass the pub test.
