what it does does represent is another nail in the coffin of quality small time producers... aus does not have a food culture.nor does USA....food is not all about being cheaper...small family business producing quality tasty food - made with love (to sound poncey) will all but disappear. More bland boring packed full of salt crap will be all that is offered..
Anyone who has travelled in France / Italy / spain / portugal will know what I mean...
