What happened?
Disagreement: yes
Takeover: maybe yes, maybe no
My guess is Mr Day wasn't happy with the latest developments in VPG. He felt betrayed.
Why?
Company delisted? 50% possible
Bad takeover proposal? 20%
Bankrupcy ahead? 20%
Scandak? 10%
Long time director/co-founder resign at this tough time, not a good sign.
But how bad could it? So very happy with my recent filled 6.8 order.
