on the flip side, it is often seen as a floor to the sp, hence more longs will buy off market on the rebound.

The question is, will it the raising suffice, to keep them a venture worth holding long? Have they bandanged the holes, and made sea worthy?

Without an indepth look, the market liked it before from march to may, so odds are, it will again.
