Yes i got the pre approval back in January this year, only just got around to finding something on the weekend.
Sorry for being a noob at this do i request inspections to be done prior or after i make an offer? for example if i wait for the results to come back i may miss out cuz someone else might jump in, if i make an offer first and get the results after than how would i know what price to put down. If that makes any sense
