Well it looks like the dilution to BBI is less than was speculated over the weekend . Todays BBI announcement indicates 205,219,307 new BBIs are being issued. Weekend speculation was about 250M based on a $0.10 VWAP.
That's 8.6%, bringing the new total of BBI on issue to 2,580,960,149.
