I think they are already at this point. With over 50 million shares being accumulated (others will say sold off) since the half yearly on the 23rd Feb, there could potentially be something in the wind. With ever-increasing contract wins and strong pipeline growth, this company would be very attractive at this market cap.
If only I had a spare 500 mil, I'd certainly be making an offer...
