Another reason to suspect that it was Morgans who held the KSL share price sub $0.80, during the rights take up time for long term share holders, is that Morgans would have already had on their books a large short market makers position in KSL.
This short position derived from their relentless efforts driving the KSL share price from $1.50 to ultimately $.80, during 2020 as they positioned for the rights issue.
Which just goes to show that if you are a long term investor in any stock, which needs to raise capital then you have the status of "scum of the earth."
