Just on first impressions, if I were WOA I would focus exclusively on the plant based protein products and the oat milk, and sell/discontinue the other products lines. This way all their energy and resources could be directed into these high growth new age plant based foods. The message would be clear. What they stood for would be clear. And then they could focus on building market awareness and profitable volume sales of these plant based products.
