Nice pick up. Beer & Cider are a must have. The founders of Kaddy most likely have a plan to grow their business to IPO stage & list in future. By being acquired/merging with DW8 would be a win win for both parties involved.

Possibly as early as September for a big Q2 FY2022. CR @ 20c SP. 37.5M shares + $2.5M cash = $10M. Possibly another 50-75M shares for $10-15M CR & national B2B expansion. Kaddy started in Sydney & recently in Melbourne so timing will suit them to expand into the other capital cities along with DW8.

With the SP @ 8c it is now only 25% away from the 10c party.
