Its a good opportunity. There is not really a positive sentiment for RCE at the moment. The market is needing news to push higher so the algo is taking advantage. If you look at the price action good support around the $1 mark. My take is we will be stuck in the sideways action between 95 cents to $1.05 until we get more news!
