I hold BPH and have held BUY for 10+ years and I held through the last drill, I still think this will be approved eventually but I don't think it will be anytime soon.
At minute 28:07 the reporter asks about the extension to PEP-11
Reporter "are you saying you don't support the PEP-11 extension?"
Prime Minister responds "I am, pretty clearly"
Different reporter "that will make some of our tourist operators very happy"
Prime Minister "it is going to make me very happy, I think that's the right decision"
My guess is this will be sold down pretty hard over the next few days once people get hold of this.
