    akgo01,

    Don't get me wrong, I believe that the SP will grow over time I just think we are coming into a period of softness (or opportunity to buy!)

    They have significant opportunities;

    1. They have an industrial business that has a massive turnover circa +$120m pa that will be lucky to return the business $2.5m or 2%. If they can turn this around it can deliver massively. My view if they are hard on the business you simply cull the products that are loosing you money and all of a sudden you are making heaps of money, yes on a smaller turnover but I learnt early in my career its profit that counts not turnover, no use being busy fools!

    2. The rigids business needs to be overhauled. They have tried to sell it but failed. The problem is that it generates a heap of cash but it also needs some investment that hasn't been happening. My view they just need to either sell it or grow it through acquisitions and bring in the skills and synergies that will deliver on further growth and reduce the risk it currently poses for them.

    3. The flexibles needs more acquisitions and continued market share gains. This part of the business is on the right path and will continue to deliver.

    Overall the proposition is interesting but still needs direction on the first 2 points!

    I will join you if the SP dips a little more and go for the ride!
