Business fundamentals haven't changed. Positive announcement on the two new NEDs coming on board. Last quarterly looked OK.
And yet the SP is going backwards.
IMHO the issue still lies with the existing NEDs and Nania. For some reason, the market simply doesn't want to back these guys.
As I've said before, I personally think Nania is the wrong person to be appointed CEO. He is not a technologist which i believe is mandatory for any microcap tech start-up to have at the helm.
They haven't won a new automaker contract since the GM deal was signed by the original founders in 2015.
Hope this turns around but just can't see the catalyst ATM.
